In 1964 Björn of ABBA and his band Hootenanny Singers had a big hit with the song "Gabrielle".
What I'm aware of, they recorded the song in both Swedish, German, Dutch and English and they made it quite a big hit in Holland.
Originally the song was a Russian childrens song called "Let There Always Be Sunshine" (Пусть всегда будет солнце).
